Who is responsible

This site is operated by Resolution. For any question about your data, or to request access, correction or deletion, write to contact@resolutioncorp.com.br.

What we collect directly

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect the first name and email address you enter. That form is processed by Formspree, which stores the submission and forwards it to us. We use those details only to send the newsletter, and every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe. We do not sell, rent or share subscriber lists.

Cookies and third parties

We use analytics to understand which articles are read, and we display advertising. This means third parties may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:

• Google, including Google AdSense. As a third-party vendor, Google uses cookies to serve ads on this site. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, and out of third-party vendor cookies generally at aboutads.info.
• Analytics. Aggregate traffic measurement — pages viewed, approximate region, referring source. Not used to identify individuals.
• Google Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google's CDN, which receives the request as part of serving the file.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so does not prevent you from reading anything on this site.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (EU/UK) and the LGPD (Brazil) you may request confirmation of processing, access to your data, correction, deletion, portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time. Send the request to contact@resolutioncorp.com.br and we will respond within the statutory period.

Retention

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Aggregate analytics are retained in non-identifying form.

Material changes to this policy are published here with a revised date at the top of the page.
